Keyboard customization - One character per row

I've previously configured my iPad 6th gen. keyboard so that when I'm in the ABC tab, I only see the bottom row of characters on each key, (i.e., "q" without "1" above it). When I opened my iPad this evening, it had defaulted to the following:

Can anyone help me reset the keyboard so I only see the "q" and not the "1" above it, etc? I've configured it this way before but I'm not able to set it back to my preferred settings. Appreciate any assistance anyone can provide!
