Car Bluetooth (HandsFreeLink) sounds muffled now

Today after coming back to my car from the gym, my car sounded muffled when listening to any audio coming from my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I though my speakers blew out, but when I changed it to the radio, it sounded normal! Only when I’m on my iPhone does it sound bad! What’s going on? How do I fix this? I already tried “Forget this device” to reset it, but to no avail.
