I was just wondering if apple watch measures resting heart rate while I am sleeping. If someone can answer my question, It would be great.

Resting heart rate is only measured when a person is resting. My question is about if apple watch measures resting heart rate when sleeping. Is it yes or no? Do you exactly know? Are you working for apple? I’m asking because i definitely saw apple states it doesn’t measure resting hear rate when sleeping but I can’t find the info anymore.
Resting heartbeat is measured periodically over a 24 hour period if the watch is worn for 24 hours.
When you are asleep is that not resting?.
Well the simple answer is to turn off sleep tracking and then it will measure your resting heart rate if it's that important to you.
