Logitech G733 plugged in but not showing up on speaker

I have used this headphone for 2 months and it was working. But now it does not show up in system preferences and I really want to use it.

MacBook Pro 13″, 12.3

To be clear, with these wireless headphones, are you saying that they are not charging when connected to your Mac or are you unable to pair them?


If you're unable to charge them, try charging from a different source to see if they're able to charge. If the issue is ongoing, you may need to reach out to Logitech. Also, check to make sure the charging cable isn't damaged.


If you're simply unable to pair your headphones with your Mac, restart your computer and check the headphone documentation for pairing information.
