To be clear, with these wireless headphones, are you saying that they are not charging when connected to your Mac or are you unable to pair them?

If you're unable to charge them, try charging from a different source to see if they're able to charge. If the issue is ongoing, you may need to reach out to Logitech. Also, check to make sure the charging cable isn't damaged.

If you're simply unable to pair your headphones with your Mac, restart your computer and check the headphone documentation for pairing information.

I'm having the same issue with the same headset, it was fine until I updated my MacBook. The headset connects via a USB receiver. It's like they don't exist since I updated my MacBook earlier this evening.
