Windows iTunes can't connect to my iCloud library today

It's been like this for the whole day, the same goes for the browser version of Apple Music. Yesterday everything was fine and I didn't change anything in ITunes.

Cannot load library Hi, I just updated my Windows to Windows 10 and downloaded iTunes. Unfortunately, the following message appeared that loading access to my iCloud library failed. iTunes on Windows cannot access my iCloud Music Library Hi, I booted up my laptop today to discover that iTunes on windows is just not able to access my iCloud Music Library. It seems to be fine on my iPhone and iPad, but not here. I've updated iTunes to the latest version, and it's not helped. I've also signed out and signed back in and even uninstalled the iTunes for Windows app in favour of the program, but zip. I've also rebooted my laptop numerous times and restarted iTunes in safe-mode and nada. It's definitely connecting to Apple Music and the iTunes store, but my library, as it pans out, does not exist on my laptop anymore. Can anybody help as I see I'm not the only person experiencing this? Thanks in advance

I have the same problem, I haven't changed anything from yesterday. I use apple music on my alexa devices too and it says it can't find the playlists. I reckon its a server issue.
