iTunes on Windows cannot access my iCloud Music Library

Hi,

I booted up my laptop today to discover that iTunes on windows is just not able to access my iCloud Music Library. It seems to be fine on my iPhone and iPad, but not here. I've updated iTunes to the latest version, and it's not helped. I've also signed out and signed back in and even uninstalled the iTunes for Windows app in favour of the program, but zip. I've also rebooted my laptop numerous times and restarted iTunes in safe-mode and nada. It's definitely connecting to Apple Music and the iTunes store, but my library, as it pans out, does not exist on my laptop anymore.

Can anybody help as I see I'm not the only person experiencing this?

Thanks in advance

Windows, Windows 10

Reboot your router and computer, disable any VPN software, then try again.
