Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Updating

So lately whenever I try to update my phone, it’ll go on to say can’t update because you’re not connected to the WiFi even when it is connected it’ll say it over and over again it hasn’t been able to update since then. I’m not sure what to do.

Try first to optimize the range of the mobile network, see this Apple article:

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad
