Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

My phone will not update. It keeps saying that I’m not connected to Wifi when I am or saying that it just isn’t gonna work.

What do I do?

You need about 6 GB device storage and good Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.
