Podcast not available on apple watch

I have tried to get podcasts on my watch, but I can’t seem to find the podcasts app in the my watch section of the Apple Watch app.

Podcast I am doing what the internet says but I can't seem to get podcasts to download onto my Apple Watch. I have my Watch connected to charge and am selecting custom on my phone. Am I missing something?

The PODCAST app is not available on my watch I just got a free brand new Series 2 7000 and I want to have podcasts but the watch does not have a podcast app. How can i get it ?

It's in phone settings/podcasts

Then;

Sync podcasts to the watch
