cannot connect to icloud library

All of a sudden my itunes says I can't connect to icloud library so I can't add anything from Apple Music to it. I turned off icloud library and tried to turn it back on (one of the suggestions from the web) but now it says genius can't connect, unknown error 11111. What do I do to get connected back to icloud library? When I go back to my iphone music library, everything is still there including Apple Music.

I just chatted with Itunes support. Go to 'Songs' then the menu options


View>show view options, and check the boxes 'icloud status' and 'date added'..


see if the songs all populate. Then sort by 'date added'... it worked for me somehow. Good luck!
