Turn off incident reporting in Apple Maps

I am trying to turn off incident reporting/confirmation in apple maps per How do you turn off incident reporting on… - Apple Community, but I don't see the setting mentioned in this tread. I see nothing labeled "Improve maps" under Settings -> Privacy -> Location Services -> System Services. I do see "Routing and traffic" there under a "product improvement" heading. I have all items under the "product improvement" heading disabled, but driving through the Bay Area it still frequently interrupts my drive asking me if the accident has cleared. I am using iOS 15.3.1, but this has been a problem for a while.

It's a crowded metro area; there are accidents. I don't need to mash the screen all the time.

carlalex,

The Report an Incident feature is only available in the United States and China, as outlined in the fine print here:

Report an incident in Maps on your iPhone - Apple Support

Are you seeing prompts to report incidents when you pass specific locations? If you are, is your iPhone country/region set t the same country/region as your Apple ID and physical location?

Regards.

Yes, I am seeing prompts driving past accidents. "Has this incident cleared yet?" or something along those lines. I want to turn this off.

This is happening in California. My Apple ID account is "United States". The phone is one I purchased in the US from Apple. It is a carrier unlocked phone, currently using Mint Mobile.

To be clear, I am not seeing "report an incident" like on the page linked. I am just being prompted if an incident is still there when I drive past. I want to stop being asked this.
