iPhone XR running hot after iOS 15.4 update

Just like the title says, my iPhone XR is running hot after iOS 15.4 update. The battery is taking a big hit. Down 50% in just a few hours.

What is happening?

Apparently, this is happening. But 12 hours later, the phone is back.
