What is better for Macbook Battery?.. Keeping it plugged in while using after fully charged or not?

You can plug in the computer when needed or whenever convenient to do so. Leaving the computer pluggeded in will not damage the computer or the battery. The MacOS manages the computer's power/charging system very well. There is no need for you to micromanage the system.
