iPhone SE 2020. I can't send MMSs. Yes through iMessage, if the other person has it enabled. If the other person has not an iPhone or hasn't it enabled then no I can't send them. There doesn't seem to be anything to click to activate it.

Do you have Settings>Messages>MMS Messaging enabled? Do you have an active cellular data connection? Have you contacted your cellular carrier to make sure your account is properly set up?
