problem wifi and service

I try to connect my Iphone to the wifi. the wifi icon appear adn disappear 2 second later and nothing work. same with my 4g but the 4g icon doesn't even appear. how can i fix that?

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support

If that did not help, contact Apple Support
