Phone is showing 9 voicemails. I go to ‘Call Voicemail’. Screen comes up with Call Failed at top of screen and a grey Cancel button and a green Call Back button on the bottom.
When I touch green there is no action; when I touch grey it goes back to ‘Call Voicemail’ screen.
It is okay if I lose my voicemails.

If it is working correctly you should never see the “call voicemail”, you should see your messages in Phone/Voicemail. As voicemail is a carrier service, call your carrier to resolve this.
