Hi, could you please help in fixing the following issue: I have 866 zipped photo files. Each file has zipped with 1gb size. All files I have downloaded successfully all zipped files except 5 files numbers 257, 259, 260, 262, 263. When download process (using google chrome and also tried firefox) reaches at 100% then it shows errors (Failed-Network error).

Fyi, I have tried all 4 stpes mentioned by you. Unfortunatley, issue (Failed-Netwrok Error) remains. So, it seems to me something wrong with the zipped files no. 257,259,260,262,263 on iCloud side becasue all other files I can download successfully. Please suggest next steps to fix this issue?

Is there a particular reason you have them as zip files?
Do you have access to another device you could test downloading those files?
If you are using a Windows PC, try using iCloud Photos to obtain those remaining photo files. There may not be a need for them to be a zip file. Here's how to set that up:

Please see below my answers/comments:
are you trying to download these files from iCloud to a PC?
[Ranjit] Yes, I am.
Is there a particular reason you have them as zip files?
[Ranjit] Becasue number of files are more than 400k. So, for me it is better to analyse them on my local PC connected with external large size storage (4TB).
Do you have access to another device you could test downloading those files?
[Ranjit] I have tested downloading proecess on other devices also and I face the same issue (Failed-Network Error). I have also tested downloading with Edge, Opera, FireFox and also incognito window in Chrome and same issue appears.
I have sucessfully downloaded 861 of 866. But I am facing this issue with zipped files no. 257,259,260,262,263. So, could you please help me to download these 5 zipped files successfully?
