MacBook Air Yosemite 10.10.5 stuck

Hi I’m Back I’ve been working on this MacBook Air for a few weeks I finally” got the backup done w/ time machine. We (Apple support via text )tried to download Big Sur it wouldn’t let us eventually I did it :/ a complete reset CR space bar if I remember correctly. I deleted /Erased everything and reinstalled then macOS and I was able to download Big Sur yah!! I got her back lol ..It was working fine for a few days until I hit update yesterday and now it’s stuck on black screen with the Apple logo with the progress bar I tried texting earlier I was hoping and praying for some advice here as well ! Thank you so much And I do appreciate Apple support via text because I needed the moral support and Guidance each step lol Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

I’m stuck on this screen I clicked on the update yesterday @7pm and it is now 7pm the next day
