iPhone 13 activation didn’t happen today

I went to my cell phone carrier today to transfer my old iPhone data to my new iPhone 13 and activate but the activation never happened. My new phone has all my current phones info but why didn’t it ever activate? What am i missing

You need to go back to them (your carrier) and make sure your iPhone 13 Pro's builtin eSIM is activated

or that they put in the nano-SIM in to activate.

You are paying for cellular connections with your carrier so ....

We cannot help you here.
