iPhone personal hotspot

So I updated to the iOS 15.4 on Thursday. Well my phone’s personal hotspot was working before the update. Now that my phone is updated, the hotspot doesn’t work. I use straight talk. I got/had 20 gigs of data to use. I still have some gigs left to use. I tried resetting network settings. It didn’t work. When I try to set up hotspot, I get a message to talk to my carrier. How can I solve this issue if my phone needs the hotspot to be set up? I don’t see ask to join. The hotspot was working before all this

I just got off the phone with the carrier, they said I used up all my data. I had 20 gigs of hotspot data. I know I’ve only went through about half of it before I did the iOS update. I guess it’s possible I used more than I thought.

If you're getting a message to contact your carrier, that's definitely the step I would recommend.

I do not see ask to join for my phones personal hotspot. I see set up personal hotspot. Before I did the update yesterday on this phone, at the beginning of the month, I added a knee card plan, straight talk plan. Now the phone says set up personal hotspot, day after I updated. I guess I’ll have to talk to someone from straight talk

It’s not sorted out. I should have about 10 gigs of data left. I did the iOS update & now I can’t get hotspot service. It was working fine before the update. Don’t use straight talk, they are shady & are ripping me off

Your cellular data usage is something you need to discuss with your carrier. However, you figure out why your hotspot doesn't work.
