I bought an iPad in nov 2021 and it’s not charging. It’s new Apple iPad Pro 2021

I bought a brand new Apple iPad Pro in November 2021. Now it’s not charging. What happened? Please help.

If you already tried (to no avail) all the steps provided in this support article:--> If your iPad won't charge - Apple Support, since your device is still covered by warranty, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
