How to keep up with my fav artists?

Since Apple Music has removed following artists feature, how can i stay up to date about new releases from my favorite artists?

Spotify has “Follow” artist option but Apple Music doesn’t have it and I’m kinda confused

i need Apple Music because of Spatial Audio feature
