iphone 12 pro ear speaker

The iphone ear speaker at the top of my iphone suddenly stopped working with no sound out and I cannot hear any one. I adjusted the noise cancellation to (Off) and the hearing aid compatibility to (on) and now there is a sound I can hear but very very low.

I reset the setting, turned off/on bluetooth, restarted my Iphone but nothing more happened.

Kindly advise.
