Phone call disappeared in recent call
One of phone number has disappeared in my recent call. It only happened to this phone number only, and this phone number is from another country.

Have you made any changes, such as blocking this missing phone number?
You can follow these steps to check for that number on the block list:
To see the phone numbers, contacts, and email addresses that you've blocked from Phone, FaceTime, Messages, or Mail:

Go to Settings > Phone and tap Blocked Contacts to see the list.
Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Your call history can also be edited, which can delete calls:
View and delete the call history on your iPhone
