Trying to reinstall Yosemite 10.10 on an older Mac, and I get the message “the item is temporarily unavailable”. How can I do a reinstall?

Then and followed by this method from Apple >> How to reinstall macOS This will require a Internet Connection to work. Best Results are via Ethernet Cable to Router
