The reason I want to remove my store credit is because I moved to another country and want to change the country of my Apple ID

If there is currently an Apple ID balance left on your account, you must either spend it, or speak directly to Apple Support for assistance with having it removed from your account.
If you have another payment method on file, you can purchase an item that costs the amount of your balance or more. If you are unable to spend the balance, please get in touch with Apple Support directly here: Get Support.
