So my Apple 11 will not call anybody and will not text anybody so I’m just wondering if Apple has to do it T-Mobile said Apple had to do it actually yesterday

Need help setting my iPhone so it will call and it will message because it will not do either I don’t know where they do it I don’t know what happened to it but I need some Apple help
