Unable to share my screen using Chrome on Monterey 12.3

Tried multiple websites (tried Google Meet too) - not working

Tried Safari - Working

Tried Unchecking & Rechecking the screen recording permission on System Preferences - not working.

It was working before the Mac update.

Working after re-installing Chrome and removing the Chrome entry (by clicking -) in Screen Recording permission screen and then adding back when asked while sharing.
