Dropbox permissions error, but no Dropbox in Full Disk Access

I am getting the permissions error in Dropbox after I upgraded to Monterey. However, I can't get Dropbox to come up in the Full Disk Access or Accessibility panels at all. I click on the + at the bottom, select dropbox and... nothing.

How do I solve this one problem that has now evidently turned into two problems?

HI! I appreciate the link, but that workaround doesn't address the problem I'm having. I can't even get the program to open at all because it says there are permissions errors. Evidently this has been a fairly common problem, and the workarounds I've read involve checking Dropbox in the Full Disk Access and Accessibility system panels. However, I can't seem to get Dropbox to even show up on the FDA and Accessibility panels. I unlock the panel, click the plus, point it at the Dropbox app and.... nothing. So I'm still stuck with an application that suddenly won't load at all in Monterey.
