I did upgrade from 50GB TO 200GB, but still not enough cloud storage even though I used just 44GB!, please help me!!!

If you have restarted your iPhone and allowed 24 hours for the content to upload to iCloud, it would be best to reach out to Apple to have this issue with your iCloud storage investigated for a solution.
