Hi,
For some reason Xcode needs to be verified for too much times per day for no apparent reason, sometimes after verifying the xcode, it immedialtelly start verifying it again. Something must be broken here.
Any tips on how to fix it except disabling system integrity protection?

App Store submissions require current Xcode.
Version 13.3 (13E113)
App store automatically update the Xcode version, so it should be always up to date for me.
MacOs keeps verifying Xcode.app for 50 times per day
