My MacBook Pro Is Turning Itself Off and On

I use a MacBook Pro (early 2015) with a Thunderbolt Display. Lately when I leave my Mac asleep for any length of time and then wake it up, I find it has been switched off and on (so that I get a message saying my external drives were not ejected or switched off properly. This started happening suddenly a few days ago. Disk Utility shows nothing. Powering off doesn't help. And it seems to be getting worse. Just now my Thunderbolt display would not come on; I had to restart yet again. Here is a partial screen shot of the "Your computer shut down because of a problem" report. It shows a "sleep-wake" failure. Is this something I can fix or do I have to take it into the shop? Any help much appreciated.

We hope this helps!
