Name & Picture Apple Music profile change

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities! You should be able to go to your profile, then tap Edit at the top to edit those settings. We did find "Sharing music with friends isn't available in Cameroon, China mainland, Malawi, Mali, Russia, Turkey, and Uruguay." and "Sharing music with friends isn't available for Child accounts that are part of Family Sharing." from the following guide: See what friends are listening to in Apple Music on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Android device

If either of those conditions apply, this is likely why you're unable to edit the profile. If that's not the case, we recommend reaching out to Apple Support to look into this with you directly: Get Support

If you live in a region where sharing music with friends is no supported, features required to utilize the service, like your user profile, may also not be available, or may not be available for editing.
