Problems with Mac Monterey and apowersoft video capture download v 2.2.4.1

I recently upgraded to Mac OS Monterey 12.3. Since then Apowersoft video capture download v. 2.2.4.1 doesn't load but quits unexpectedly. Does anyone have a solution?

I received a reply from Apowersoft Support center. The reply indicated they "don't currently maintain the Mac version of Video Download Capture." The reply recommended the windows version. I had to laugh.

Please go through the steps, outlined below:


1. Quit and reopen the app

Quit the app, then open it again. If the app won't quit, force the app to quit. Then check to see if the problem with the app is fixed.
 
2. Restart your Mac

Restart your Mac. Then check to see if the problem with the app is fixed.
 
3. Check for updates

To see if updates are available for the app, open the App Store, then click Updates. If updates aren't available for the app, update the software on your Mac. Or if you didn't get the app from the App Store, look for updates to the app on the app developer's website. Then check to see if the problem with the app is fixed.
 
4. Reinstall the app

Delete the app. When you do this, you might lose data that was stored in the app. Then redownload the app. If you didn't get the app from the App Store, redownload the app on the app developer's website. Then check to see if the problem with the app is fixed.
 
Get more help

• If you found the app on the App Store, contact the app developer. If the app is made by Apple or came with your Mac, or if the App Store itself is not responding, contact Apple Support.

• If you bought the app recently and you no longer want it, you can also request a refund.

danke für die Antwort zu meinem Problem.

Ich wiederhole noch einmal die Situation.

Apowersoft Video Download Capture (neueste Version) läuft einwandfrei

Ich habe ein Update von "macOS Monterey 12.2“ nach "macOS Monterey 12.3“ installiert.

Apowersoft Video Download Capture (neueste Version) meldet Fehler und startet nicht.

Ich habe daraufhin Apowersoft Video Download Capture gelöscht und neu installiert.

Weiterhin läßt sich Apowersoft Video Download Capture nicht laden.

Im Anhang habe ich die Fehlermeldung angefügt.

Ich habe meine Video-Downloader für Mac Einzelnutzer-Lizenz am 29.12.21 verlängert. 

Aktivierungscode: A3075-xx .. Bestellnummer: 17xx.

Was kann ich machen?
