I forgot the password for another account and I can’t recover it just because I don’t have access to the card

good afternoon! I forgot the password for another account and I can’t restore it just because I don’t have access to the card (it hasn’t been active for a long time). there is access to other data (mail and mobile number). how can the problem be solved sooner?

Check your emails to that email address.

If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
