I installed macOS 11.6.5 build 20G526 three (3) times and than the Update Available disappeared. And now to latest build 20G527 cannot be found/ downloaded

You can try running this in the Terminal…
softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 11.6.5
It should install the "Install macOS Big Sur" app in the Applications folder.
It would appear the User ( you ) have asked a similar question regarding Big Sur 11.6.4 not updating your computer but wires' machine did. what is the latest version of Big Sur? - Apple Community
It was suggested at that time the suer might be enrolled in Beta Testing.
It that was and is still the case, this may explain this Question.

Well I'm out of ideas. If you have a Time Machine or other backup from before you installed the 20G526 build, I suppose you could try rolling back to 11.6.4 then update to 11.6.5.
Prolly have to re-download and install Big Sur, as Combo Updates are no more.
(As a guess, either a computer-specific update, or maybe Apple pulled and re-issued an update.)

That's why I asked. I've never seen a 20G526 build. Whatever it is it may be causing the problem.

Tried: sudo rm -rf "/macOS Install Data"
Tried: sudo rm /Library/Preferences/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.plist
All in vain.
Where did you see or get 20G526? I updated two Macs to Big Sur 11.6.5 and only saw 20G527.
Just by updating the macOS. But that is not the issue.
The issue is that it refuses the latest update 20G527.
