Guided access was working great then about 2-3 months ago it stopped. I tripple click. Nothing. I use my short cut. Nothing. I’ve changed the passcode. Nothing. It wont work on my iPhone 12 or iPad. Super annoying.

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! Since noticing that guided access was not enabling, has your iPhone been restarted? Restarting may help resolve this. To restart press and hold the volume button and the side button until the power off slider app appears.

You can also confirm there are no updates that need to be installed on your iPhone by doing to Settings > General > Software Update.
