Hi , for some reason I didn’t realize, nor how long it’s been doing it today but for some reason my Unread Text messages the number isn’t popping up in my message icon at all and i don’t know why it’s doing that is there any way to fix that because I miss out on important messages because it’s not telling me how many I even have .
Open Settings ➡️ Notifications ➡️ Messages ➡️ Badges: Ensure that this is set to ON.
If the above is already set to ON then Toggle the setting OFF and then back to ON. If this does not resolve the issue then:
Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
