Why is the face detection with iPhone 11 not possible?
Which exact piece of hardware disallows to implement the feature on iphones 10 and 11? You don't have to be extra specific. Please just provide a satisfying answer like: "camera lenses are not so sharp to scan eyes' area only" or something like that.

We are all users like you and volunteer to respond to questions here and provide the best information we possibly can. It isn't necessary to attack Raicya, as they are a volunteer too. No one here is an Apple employee.
As far as the reason, no one here has information on that. You were provided with the information from the Related Article that states it works with iPhone 12 and above. Speculation about why or why Apple did what they did is prohibited here. If Apple had a reason, they are not sharing it with anyone else. The only info you will get is what is contained in the Related Article.
Because the feature is only available on iPhone 12 and later with iOS 15.4 and later.
Maybe you missed this important announcement when you updated your iPhone to iOS 15.4?
