How do i purchase movies on appletv?? No option on screen, just "up next"

Please advise as to how yo purchase movies on applets via Amazon Firestick. Logged in, but no "buy now" option

Can no longer buy or rent movies from Apple? Recently, I wanted to look at movies to rent or buy from Apple (like I always have done in iTunes), but now Apple TV ONLY has a selection for "Up Next" that requires a subscription to Apple TV? I have no interest in that; just want to watch a movie as in the past. Did Apple change this? Are we no longer permitted to buy or rent movies from Apple?

Why is it suddenly almost impossible to buy movies on Apple TV. There isn’t even an option button on most movies to buy or rent. Any suggestions? I have a Toshiba tv, and was able to purchase movies just a week ago. Even when I use my iPad, I have the same problem
