Right Airpod stopped working

My right airpod stopped working. Everything shows charged. I did the reset to no avail. The case won't pair to my iphone with the right pod in it. If I remove the right pod it pairs. Left pod works fine. Thoughts?

Troubleshooting AirPods Pairing:

A. Bluetooth:

Disable Bluetooth on all but one device — the one device you want to synchronize with these with. On an iPhone, if already enabled, the disabled, and then enable Bluetooth. See if it connects.

You are welcome.

Some Thoughts here:

A. AirPods Replacement Process:

Use this Link: AirPods Replacement, Service, and Repair - Apple Support

B. New AirPods Process:

Get these from Apple to Avoid Scams:

If you decide to get new ones, then I recommend you get them from Apple, and none other. Getting them elsewhere(particularly off the Web), they may not be genuine —a common scam to avoid.

Verifying Genuine AirPods:

  1. Get the Serial Number: Find the Serial Number of your AirPods - Apple Support
  2. Enter the Serial Number here: https://checkcoverage.apple.com/.
  3. View the Results: If all shows up as an AirPod, then you are fine. If not, then these are fake, and that is likely why you are getting the issue of connectivity.

C. Provide Feedback:

It is important that you provide feedback on this occurrence to Apple.  Apple won't get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - AirPods - Apple
  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: on when you came across this issue, and how you have troubleshot it thus far. Include the URL to this post.
  4. Proceed from there as necessary
