I was watching a tv series on Apple TV and for the first couple of seasons it would auto play the next episode but now it won't. I have noticed that a lot of ppl have voiced the same or similar issue. If I am paying for this channel to watch a show I would like to auto play the next episode. If this has been an issue for over a year why haven't you (AppleTV) fixed it?

You should be able to add the series to Up Next and start watching it from that screen. It should then play to the end of the season without any prompting.
- In the Apple TV app TV app, navigate an item in the Up Next row, then select it to start playing.
When you ask Siri to play a TV show, Apple TV automatically starts the next episode you haven’t seen, whether it’s the middle of season 1, or last night’s episode.
