On my iPhone, three-way calls keep failing at the point of joining then third person. Instead of adding the third person, the entire connection is lost and nobody apart from me is on the line.
Is anyone else seeing this and is three a solution?
It used to work fine.

The number of participants on a conference call — as well as the ability to add, merge, or disconnect individual callers — depends on your carrier. Contact your carrier for more information about your conference call options.
You can also try the additional steps in If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone as you are technically having trouble making particular types of calls.
