One side of the Boat Rockerz 255 Pro+ does not work on Mac

Hello Team,

One side of my Bluetooth-connected Boat Rockerz 255 Pro+ does not work on Mac. The headphones work on other devices (mobile, laptop etc.). The issue seems to be with Mac itself. Could you please identify and solve the issue?

Hi, I am currently on MacOS 12.2.1 I am trying to connect my Boat Rockerz 255 to my MacBook since the last 2 hours. The name of my headphones appears on the Bluetooth list, but upon clicking on 'Connect' it just loads and does nothing. Moreover, i have tried restarting my MacBook, resetting my headphones, removing all other devices. My Redmi Note 10, JBL Clip 3 and Sony WH-1000XM3, 2015-iMac connect very well without a problem but these headphones which provide good quality mic as well as audio are not able to pair. Is it because of the software or does my headphone have old bluetooth versions? Secondly, my WH-1000XM3 upon connecting give good quality audio, noise cancellation if we just listen to songs/ watch videos. But if an audio-video application like Webex or Zoom or Google Meet is used, the audio immediately becomes muffled and there is an irritative background noise, it basically shifts to the Ambient mode and makes the experience even worse.(Works well with Mobile)

Catalina bluetooth problem After upgrading my Macbook Air to Catalina, I started having problems with my bluetooth headphones. It keeps disconnecting from the computer although the bluetooth sign shows it connected. Each time I have to restart my headphones but it doesn't last long and disconnects again. It's become pretty annoying. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Soundcore Life q20 sounding choppy when paired to Mac. When I pair my Soundcore Life q20 headphones to my MacBook Pro 2019 they sound very choppy. What fixes the issue (sometimes) is turning off the Bluetooth on the MacBook Pro. It sounds choppy on everything on the Mac from Apple Music to GarageBand. I also noticed the issue started happening after upgrading from Catalina to Big Sur. I also tested this on a 2017 Touch Bar 13” MacBook Pro. The Bluetooth core (5.0) in the headphones is the same as the MacBook Pro I normally use. Any ideas on how to fix this?
