How do I reschedule my iPhone repair appointment and how do I guarantee I will pay less? As my phone has full warranty on everything

If it's a warranty repair, it won't cost anything.
The only possible issue would be if there's accidental damage. Quite a bit of iPhone "repair" is just a replacement, and they might not do it (or may charge a fee) if there's damage. Part of the deal is that they expect that there will be parts that they can reuse to make more replacement iPhones.
