I need more storage than 2tb

You may be out of storage on your iPhone and NOT on iCloud where you have purchased 2TB.

Double check this by opening Settings ➡️ General ➡️ About ➡️ Capacity: (Note the total space capacity) ➡️ Available: (Note the total available space). The available space value is the total available on your iPhone.

Then open Settings ➡️ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➡️ iCloud: Here, look at the top and you will see how much space out of 2TB is used on iCloud.

NOTE: IF you are running out of space on your iPhone then you cannot increase your iPhone’s physical storage space by buying space on iCloud. The iPhone storage space will forever remain the same as the day that you bought it.

What are you putting in iCloud that is taking up that much space?
