Getting Error 4013 while trying to update iPhone 8

Every time I tried to update and restore my iPhone 8 plus I keep getting 4013 error. Can someone please help me?

Try this:

If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If that does not help, contact Apple Support:
