My iPhone had ghost touch so I factory reset after I backed up my data but because i have two factor authentication on it won’t let me sign back in because I reset the same device where my verification codes come in. My iPhone is now completely useless

It’s not useless. You’ll see an option for “Didn’t get code?” when it asks you to enter it in. Select This and choose to have the code texted to you instead. You can also look at other ways to get the code at Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support
