With iOS 15.4 it seems that I am constantly logged in to Apple Maps. I want to log out and I don‘t want to have any search etc. connected to my Apple ID. Can somebody tell me how to log out of Apple Maps? Or do I have to just use another maps app?

To my knowledge, there is no setting that allows one to sign out of Maps. I guess, unless you log out of your Apple ID on the iPhone. There is no separate location to log into Maps, therefore no setting to log out with. If you tap on your icon in the right corner of the search area, it does not provide a logout option.
