Application Memory & MacPaw Gemini 2

Hello. I'm operating Monterey 12.0.1 on a 2017 iMac, with 64 GB of RAM. The computer is out of application memory, but the applications open use 525 MB. The Activity Monitor shows Gemini 2 -- a duplicate file finder -- is using 137 GB of memory. (1) is this what is using 56.44 GB of App Memory? If yes then, (2) How? The screenshot below shows that it is not one of the apps running. (3) How do I stop the Gemini 2 application from using App memory when it is not being used? Thank you.

I solved the problem. Gemini 2 has a Duplicate Monitor which watches for all new duplicates on your system on an on-going basis. In Gemini 2 preferences, Duplicates Monitor sub-menu, I unchecked the box 'start at login' .
